Change Details of a User
Once a user exists in the Users list, you can change their details, if required.
Note: You can only access the 'Users' functional area if you have the relevant permissions. The School Administrator role can access this area, but the Teacher role does not have access to this area.
How to Change User Details or Permissions/Roles
Click Users
on the Testwise home screen. This will display a list of all existing Users associated with the account. Here you can view and manage the Users.
Find the User whose details are going to be changed.
Note: If required, use the Search Bar to find a specific User by name or use the ascending and descending order arrows to sort the list.
Click Edit User
, this can be found in the 'Action' column. This will display the Edit User page.
Note: If not immediately visible, click the 'ellipsis' to reveal all available functions for the User. Select Edit User.
Edit the User details as required. Details include:
Email Address - The email address associated with the User.
Forename and Surname - The name of the User.
Role - The role of the User. This will change the User's permissions on the Testwise platform.

Click Save
once the necessary changes have been made.
The User details will now be saved and the Users list will now be displayed with the updated User information.
