Clearing your Cache
If Testwise is displaying an error or maintenance message, failing to function, looks unusual or is behaving in an unexpected way, this is typically an issue with cached data.
Online systems often save previous versions of their addresses in local systems, and when an update to Testwise clashes with stored data it can cause usability issues.
To rectify this issue, clear browsing history for time range: all time, including cookies and load the page again.
Please see instructions below on how to clear the cache for your browser.
Google Chrome:
Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
