Understand the Sittings List
When viewing Sittings, the following information is displayed for each Sitting in the Sittings List:
| Name | The name of the Sitting. This is the name entered in the 'Sitting Name' field while creating the Sitting. |
| Test(s) | The name of the test(s) that the students will be completing in the Sitting. |
| Status | The status of the Sitting is dependent on the current date and time, the Test Start Period (between 'From Date' and 'To Date') and any specific actions that may have been carried out by a Testwise user. The Sitting status can be one of the following: Live - Current date and time falls within the Test Start Period. No Student has started a test yet. Expired - Current date is past the End of the Test Start Period date (defined in 'To Date' column). Pending - The Beginning of the Test Start Period (defined in 'From Date' column) has not yet arrived. Closed - The Sitting has been manually closed. Started - Current date falls within the Test Start Period and at least one Student has started taking one test. Draft - Sitting has been created and saved as a draft. Completed - All tests have been completed by all Students. |
| Students | The number of students assigned to a Sitting. |
| From | Start of the Test Period. The earliest date and time by which a Student can start the test(s) assigned to them. |
| To | End of Test Period. The latest date and time by which a Student can start the test(s) assigned to them. |
