What are PhAB and PhAB2?
The Phonological Assessment Battery (PhAB) and PhAB2 Primary are assessments that can be used to test for phonological processing difficulties – skills necessary for reading and spelling.
How are PhAB and PhAB2 used?
These are one to one tests that take around 20-30 minutes to complete and will help your child’s teacher to determine the most appropriate next steps for your child.
Who should I contact with questions about the test?
If you have any concerns or questions about the test, please contact your school. Please note that only schools can buy the PhaB and/or PhAB2 assessments.
